Shipping Policy

At Mynatureglow, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Below are our shipping terms, which align with our Google Merchant Center policy.

1) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2) Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We currently ship through USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail.
  • Shipping services are selected automatically to provide the best balance of speed and cost.

3) Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier disruptions.

4) Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available for all orders over $70.
  • Orders under $70 will be charged a flat $10 shipping fee.

5) Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details (if provided by USPS).
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

6) Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send your order number and photos (for damaged items) to support@mynatureglow.com.

7) Shipping Coverage

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
