Refund policy

At Mynatureglow, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible:

Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, email us at support@mynatureglow.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you of approval or rejection

If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Sale items or gift cards

Products marked as "final sale"
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us photos and your order number at support@mynatureglow.com, and we’ll make it right.
